Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package
The video must clearly show the package condition and product inside
Claims for damaged or broken bangles will be accepted only with a proper unboxing video proof
To ensure a smooth return process, customers are required to record a continuous unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. Any claims for broken or damaged bangles will be considered only if supported by this video.
If the required unboxing video is not provided, we will not be able to accept return, refund, or replacement requests, and additional items cannot be issued.
